We’re searching for results-oriented ISO Reps to assist us get Brokers signed up with us and boost deal flow with Direct Lenders Funding.

Syndication – Set your own commission on the transactions, earn interest on your profits, and compound your compensation. We want to see you WIN. In this role, there are a variety of methods to increase your earnings.

Environment – Remote work environment with flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Sign up brokers and use your network to your advantage. You should be someone who is familiar with the industry, perhaps you already have connections with brokers.

• Establish, grow, and maintain a positive business and consumer connection.

• Create a campaign for your brokers and set the type of deals we like so they can deliver us paper that fits our financing requirements. Consider it a “bank” (in loose terms) where businesses apply for money, we give an offer (or decline) and you negotiate the terms on their behalf. Once described in detail, it is really very simple

Skills

• Experience in the field of ISO Reps/Sales reps is required.

• Highly motivated and target oriented, with a track record of success in sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales abilities

• Time management and organizational skills are important.

• Openness to feedback and communication skills

• JUST TENACITY AND SALES SKILLS ARE REQUIRED, WITH NO DEGREE NECESSARY
